What I Ate.

This week’s meals included a lot of watermelon consumption and some eating out where I tried to exercise making as healthy decisions as possible. I tried a new healthy restaurant in Delray Beach called DIG (Doing It Green) twice in one week, where I had the Strawberry & Beet salad for lunch and the Bison Burger on lettuce for dinner. I also revisited my new fave Farmer’s Table Boca where I tried their veggie burger with zucchini bacon (and no, it does not taste like real bacon). The highlight of my week was getting to see Lana Del Rey in concert, she was amazing and I recommend seeing her on tour for any of you into her.
