Overnight Oats are a quick and easy breakfast recipe you can make the night before work and take with you. I don’t know why I never thought about making these before – these are perfect for a lazy cook like myself who is alwayyyys running late in the morning. You can also add pretty much any topping you want, which means you can get a different breakfast each time.
1/2 cup oats (steel cut won’t work for this)
1/2 cup almond milk
natural sweetener (I used honey)
cinnamon (pumpkin pie spice would also taste great!)
*Mix ingredients together in tupperware and let sit overnight.
In the morning take them along with you to work, enjoy cold or warm up in the microwave. I recommend warming them up, they taste funny cold. Then add your favorite fruit, peanut butter, etc. as toppings and enjoy your overnight oats!
