My Clean Eating Diary, Day 3.

Halfway through the week and I am feeling great. I almost don’t even miss coffee because of the way it was making me feel and I have tons of energy without it. It’s funny how you get used to something in your daily routine, not because you need it but because it has just become so ingrained in your activities. Without stopping for coffee in the morning I am actually on time to work and saving money by not hitting up Starbucks. So both my boss and my wallet is very happy this week!

Tonight was the first strike of a hunger pain as I drove home from work, which fluctuated from salami(?) to chocolate. Of course my bf was being sweet and brought me home chocolate M&Ms I couldn’t eat! Instead I drank lemon tea to curb the cravings and eventually they passed. I did have to eat a small snack before dinner since we didn’t eat our meal until 9pm. For dinner, the bf sautéed tofu and peppers in coconut oil and added some hot sauce.

Day 3 – Wednesday

Tone It Up Bombshell Spell: 4 oz. (natural and organic) pineapple juice + 1 tbs. apple cider vinegar + 1/4 lime (squeeze it in the cup) + 1 tsp. honey

Breakfast: Two Ingredient Protein Pancakes
[2 eggs + 1 banana + flaxseed, cinnamon and whatever else you want to put in]

Snack: Blueberries + walnuts

Lunch: Qrunch Burger in whole wheat pita with mixed greens + balsamic glaze

Mini Snack: Carrot sticks + hummus

Dinner: Tofu & peppers cooked in coconut oil + hot sauce

Workout: Tone It Up Pura Vida (x 3) + 2 mile jog
