The lowdown on Apple Cider Vinegar.

Apple Cider Vinegar [aka ACV] has so many amazing health and beauty benefits that if you haven’t been using it yet you will be running to the store to stock up on it after reading this post. I was first introduced to ACV by Tone It Up in their Bombshell Spell or Meta-D drink they recommend you have every morning to speed up your metabolism. You can add two spoonfuls of ACV to any all natural juice {TIU recommends pineapple or apple}, squeeze in some honey/agave + add some ice. I also have read of people adding it to their tea in the morning.

So why is everyone adding ACV to their morning routine? Well, it has some great health benefits that can’t be denied.

Benefits of ACV:
– The acetic acid in ACV balances your Ph level to keep your body alkaline leading to better immune function and increased energy.
– ACV regulates your blood sugar levels.
– ACV has important enzymes that help your body detox, but it also keeps you feeling full and controls your appetite.

Other Ways to Use ACV:
– Wash your hair with it after shampooing
– Use as a facial toner [add some water to dilute it]
– Create you own salad dressing with it mixed in

  1. GREAT vinaigrette recipe: ACV, Dijon mustard, black pepper, chopped shallots and olive oil. I eyeball everything so no measurements…but it ROCKS!
