We have two more weeks left in the Tone It Up Love Your Body Challenge so I thought I would give a recap of my last week of healthy eating. It is important to eat five times a day, which includes two snacks [this can be a piece of fruit or some nuts] and cut out alcohol as much as possible. In addition to eating clean, part of the challenge is working out every day whether it’s a short toning workout or cardio. My Haute + Healthy Meal List
Breakfast: Ezekiel toast + fruit, LARABAR, Eggs + avocado + tomatoes, Protein pancake
Lunch: Tuna on salad or whole wheat pita, Smoothie, Tomatoes + avocado + cuc salad
Dinner: Tofu + veggie stirfry, Pesto bean soup, Mixed greens + protein, Salmon + veggie
Snacks: Almonds + blueberries, Hard boiled eggs, Carrots + cheese wedge, Apple with PB/cinnamon, Smoothie
