Tone It Up Love Your Body Challenge Week 5 Recap.

We have two more weeks left in the Tone It Up Love Your Body Challenge so I thought I would give a recap of my last week of healthy eating. If you are interesting in joining for the last two weeks of the challenge, sign up for week 6 at You don’t have to buy the TIU eating plan to take part in the challenge, you can just follow the free workouts they post and eat lean, clean and green as much as possible.

It is important to eat five times a day, which includes two snacks [this can be a piece of fruit or some nuts] and cut out alcohol as much as possible. In addition to eating clean, part of the challenge is working out every day whether it’s a short toning workout or cardio. My Haute + Healthy Meal List
Breakfast: Ezekiel toast + fruit, LARABAR, Eggs + avocado + tomatoes, Protein pancake

Lunch: Tuna on salad or whole wheat pita, Smoothie, Tomatoes + avocado + cuc salad

Dinner: Tofu + veggie stirfry, Pesto bean soup, Mixed greens + protein, Salmon + veggie

Snacks: Almonds + blueberries, Hard boiled eggs, Carrots + cheese wedge, Apple with PB/cinnamon, Smoothie
