Haute + Healthy Hydration: Infused Water

I love a tall, cold glass of water as much as the next girl, but sometimes plain h20 can get a little boring. With all the water we are supposed to be drinking each day {half your body weight in ounces; so if you weigh 130 lbs, that would be 65 ounces}, the same old, plain old can get a little tired. The following h20 upgrades are sure to get you more excited about hydrating and encourage you to drink more water. For the best flavor, make a large pitcher and infuse water for at least 2 hours. If you don’t have that much time you can still throw these ingredients into a glass of and enjoy, the flavors will just be milder. Tip: when using fruit I like to muddle it first.
