Just because it’s summer {aka swimsuit season}, it doesn’t mean you have to resort to skipping dessert altogether. This refreshing dessert smoothie clocks in at just 100 calories, tastes creamy and indulgent, and screams summer! Make sure to cut up the watermelon before you freeze it, as frozen watermelon is no fun impossible to chop up.

Watermelon Dessert Smoothie Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen watermelon
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for approximately 3 minutes, until the consistency is smooth. Bon appetit!
