Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie Recipe.

After bootcamp last night I was not in the mood to cook myself dinner.  Add that to the fact that I am running seriously low on groceries and the result is a quick, yet nutritious and filling smoothie dinner – using leftover sweet potatoes from Monday night, nonetheless.  This sweet potato smoothie tastes exactly like pie- hence its name.  Of course I threw some greens in here as well {honestly, since you can’t taste them, there is no reason not to put spinach in every single smoothie}.  For the beautiful garnish you see below, top it with some nutmeg and cinnamon. And yes, I did drink it out of that martini glass.  Nothing like a liquid dinner… bottoms up!
