Healthy Snack: LÄRABAR.

A few years ago I attended the Fancy Food Show in NYC, which is basically a gathering of every food product you can think of under one roof. You literally eat your way through the show and find out about upcoming products trying to get on the market. One night at the hotel bar we had drinks with a woman who worked for LÄRABAR and I still remember everything she told me about the product because it was unlike anything I had heard about a ‘bar’. In addition to tasting great and being filling {I have mine before bootcamp}, here are the main reasons we support LÄRABAR as a Haute + Healthy snack:

LÄRABARs are made entirely from plant-based foods. For those bars with chocolate chips, they use vegan chocolate chips.

LÄRABARs are made by a simple process in which primarily fruit, nuts, and spices are ground and mixed together, so they are not baked or cooked.

Each flavor contains no more than nine ingredients and are free of colorings, additives, and preservatives.
