Dinner for Two: Healthy Tomato Soup + Grilled Cheese.

Me and the bf love to get recipe ideas from Pinterest {I pin them and he cooks them, ha}. The latest on our menu? Healthy tomato soup and grilled cheese. Well, the word healthy might be a stretch {he went a little over-zealous with the cheese} but if you nix the overload of cheese or substitute it with your own low fat option this is a great healthy meal for two.

Tomato Soup Recipe
{We followed the recipe exactly, using Greek Yogurt vs. sour cream and pureed the soup in a blender – it made all the difference! Also, we decided to skip the sugar.}

Grilled Cheese Recipe
{We used 100% whole wheat bread because it was on hand, low fat cheddar cheese + some goat cheese, and added tomato slices to ours.}
